Many designer-collabs go horribly wrong when it comes to Target, not HALSTON-wrong but Issac Mizrahi as prime example (no designer should ever have to sell cheap chew toys and expect to keep the same ritzy crowd the label once had). The Anna Sui line was pretty spot-on to the designer's real taste in textiles and McQueen's shirts had edge as much as his runway-but with Posen act up to par? You tell me.

I haven't been in Target in a while, but I plan on stripping the racks of every piece they've got! I'm seriously in love with the bows at collar, big small, floral, or collars with kitty cats on em....
I love it all...
Annnnnnnnd being spring is in full swing- so are your sleeves. Big puffy flowy sleeves this year people! Bell peasant sleeves that can easily translate to summer & fall wear.
Summer-pair with cotton burmudas or billowy flares(although I highly am against flares no matter what season cause they are damned ugly + two bells don't make a right)
Fall-pair with sleek leather pants/layer with coat loosely.
I think nothing reads chic like powerful shoulders (a la pointy sharp shoulders all last fall have a new rounded face), reminiscent of YSL Fall 09 embellished white blouses & a bit of little house on the prairie. This is no easy trend, it's a classic that keeps coming back and is a good promise to stay until fall. Horray for peasant tops that soooo don't make you look peasant-y, but polished!
