So I've been additively watching video reviews of different types of bleaches/toners/ temp. color rinses & intensive keratin treatments.
WHYYYYY you ask??!?!?
because I decided my hair wasn't white enough and went for another tinting. this time around i bought Roux's Fanci-Full White Minx Color Rinse. Which made my hair look even more dull than before. So I decided to dye my hair with box dye...BIG MISTAKE!
I went for Creme Excellence In Extra Light Ash Blonde. I didn't want ashy blonde hair, I wanted platinum but this was the closest to the color I wanted. As soon as I applied it to my white highlights-it turned them GREEN! I freaked out and called my friend who works in a salon (I should of got it done there right?hahah) and he told me to add a little bit of hair bleach to a regular shampoo until it turns into a thick paste, apply to hair for a few minutes then rinse to get that green out. Then if that doesn't pan out-I may have to use a red based toner to kill the green out. Which means becoming brunette-AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!NEVER!
Luckily, as I rinsed my hair out (only left the color in for 30 minutes); the green rinsed out as well. My hair is a even color of ashy blonde with silvery white highlights...which i can deal with.
I'm going to a professional.
This blonde crap is exhausting. I've spent close to $150 dollars with hair color that isn't what I desired in the first place (I despise ash blondes!)
AND NOW MY HAIR IS LITERALLY DEAD. SOOOOOOOOOO DRY.
After all the bleachings and tonings, my hair was fine-but the box hair color is what made it kaput.
SOoooooo... I bought some intensive keratin 2-minute once a week treatment by Aphogee and hoping it'll work. I've read and watched fantastic reviews on it.
p.s.
I want chanel's hair color.badly.
